The Hawke's Bay Music School offers both classical and general music
courses, including lessons in piano, keyboard, drums, guitar, flute and music theory.
With studios in both Hastings and Napier, the school caters for students at all levels,
from four years of age to 94. Beginners are welcome and lessons are individually
tailored, so students can progress at their own pace.
The music school is run by Sandra Roberts B.A., L.T.C.L. (NZQA. registered) who,
after being involved in music education - both privately and in schools - for over 30
years, is greatly experienced with teaching children.
The school operates Mondays to Fridays, and has flexible opening hours after

As well as attending fortnightly meetings, Toastmasters run Speechcraft courses for
the general public and Youth Leadership courses for students.
As a hobby, Toastmasters is also for those who enjoy discussion and storytelling.
